  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During launches, drops, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent

Preorders

  • Items marked as preorder will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page
  • If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together unless otherwise requested

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package has been shipped, The Label Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  • The Label Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Local Pickup (Optional – if you want to offer it)
